Preferred method of payment? Generally I email a payable invoice from PayPal or Square that can be paid securely online with a card or you can mail us a money order or cashiers check if you do not want to do an online payment.

Whose cremains will we be working with? Please send a favorite photo/s in a separate email or send in the mail with the ashes and include any special details or stories about your loved one that you would like to share. Our artists like to learn about whomever they are working with so they can keep them in mind and truly put personalized love and care into making a memorial piece. This information is optional and can be provided at the time of order or included in the box with the ashes. You can send the Obituary if you'd like as well.

If you know what you would like made and are ready to place your order please email us at dbkglass.shop@gmail.com and provide answers to the following questions below so we can get things rolling.

1. What type of glass piece would you like? (Examples: Swirling Singularity Marble, Spacey Pendant, Moonstone Marble, Small Inside out Spoon etc.) If you would like an image, symbol or words on your memorial mention that here.

2. Would you like the piece to have silver or gold fuming in the background? The silver appears yellowy/blue/green shades (in a pipe the silver fuming changes after being smoked out of to mainly blues) and the gold appears pinky/copper/purple shades (in a pipe gold fuming changes to mainly purples and blues). If you are unsure write unsure and if you are not ordering anything with fuming write N/A.

3. What colors would you like? On the pieces that are not space themed you get a choice of 2-3 colors or clear for the rods running through out. We infuse the ashes into a stick of glass and then encase that rod inside the glass so as to keep the cremains throughout encapsulated within the layers of glass. You can do additional colors for a small fee.
